Very unprofessional attitude and services. I took 8 am appointment for nuto tests but no one showed up till 10 am. I booked the appointment well in advance but no point taking an appointment in this hospital. I didn't get bill receipts as printers were not working. How can you trust such a hospital and expect error free reports with such careless work atmosphere. My experience with BLK is very disappointing.

I think best hospital, clean, systematic, well organized but seen some people's were facing problems regarding to facilities especially illiterate. No one guiding them properly..Over all best hospital
